- the broker may contact you directly.
Mortgage Medics does not guarantee that every enquiry will result in a broker accepting your referral or contacting you.
4. Independent Mortgage Brokers
Mortgage brokers within the Mortgage Medics network operate independently.
Mortgage Medics does not control:
- the advice provided by brokers;
- loan recommendations;
- lending outcomes;
- approval decisions;
- interest rates;
- fees charged by brokers or lenders; or
- the quality or outcome of any services provided.
Any agreement you enter into with a broker is solely between you and that broker.

Nothing on this website constitutes:
